“Experiencing the power of Reiki with Nina was amazing and incredibly special, I’m so glad my first time was with her! Despite being in different states, what really helped channel the healing energy was the powerful intention that Nina was so thoughtfully but adamantly sending. The first two sessions we did through zoom, which was wonderful as a first timer because it help set the standard of what I was to expect. They started out with a singing bowl meditation and then slipped into a reiki session. Despite it being really difficult sometimes, it is so powerful and beneficial when you can take time in your day to focus inward on yourself and welcome positive energy, focus on breathing, and channel those reverberations to places of need in your body.
The third session I did with Nina was reiki guidance simply through a set up time. I was surprised by the fact that I could feel really still the energy! It was such a powerful exercise and proved that you don’t need to be in the same place to experience the power of reiki healing. I would absolutely recommend Nina and can’t say enough good things about Reiki!”
